Ariel Closes Quartet of Brooklyn Deals

Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the sale of four Brooklyn properties in Bay Ridge, Park Slope, Brooklyn Heights and Crown Heights totaling more than $16 million. They include the following: 

  • A 35-unit multifamily building at 571 Ovington Ave. In Bay Ridge sold for $5.7 million. The sale was executed by Ariel’s Stephen Vorvolakos, Sean R. Kelly and Lawrence Sam. 
  • An 8,225-square-foot walk-up building at 311 6th Ave. in Park Slope sold for $5.5 million, arranged by Ariel’s Benjamin Vago, Kelly and Vorvolakos. 
  • A 2,921-square-foot retail condo at 70 Schermerhorn St. In Brooklyn Heights sold for $2.85 million. Ariel’s Kelly, Vorvolakos and Sam arranged the sale.    
  • A mixed-use corner property at 629 Classon Ave. In Crown Heights sold for $2.13 million. The sale was arranged by Ariel’s Dov Chein and Vago.
