Ariel Brokers Parcel Sales in Brooklyn, Bronx, Harlem
Ariel Property Advisors recently arranged the sale of three development sites: 250-266 46th St. in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park, 305 E. 165th St. in the Bronx’s Morrisania section and 463 W. 125th St. in West Harlem. The properties sold for a collective $10.55 million.
The Sunset Park and Morrisania sites are both in Opportunity Zones, while 463 W. 125th is located within the 125th Street Subdistrict Core. Ariel’s Victor Sozio and Stephen Vorvolakos, and Cushman & Wakefield’s John Ciraulo and Craig Waggner, represented the Sunset Park seller and procured the buyer, the New York City School Construction Authority, which paid $5.5 million.
Sozio and Ariel colleagues Jason M. Gold and Daniel Mahfar represented the Morrisania seller and procured the buyer in the $2.5-million sale. On the $2.5-million West Harlem sale, Sozio, Orry Michael, Michael A. Tortorici and James Nestor represented the winning foreclosure bidder and procured the buyer, 2903 FDB, LLC.
