Ariel Brings East Harlem Portfolio to Market

Ariel Property Advisors has been retained to sell three properties in East Harlem for a combined value of $18.55 million.

The properties include 88 E. 111th St., a six-story, 30-unit mixed-use building listed for $8.7 million; 524 E. 119th St., a six-story, 35-unit residential building listed for $7.75 million, and 1882 Park Ave., a commercial building with owner-user potential listed for $2.15 million.

An Ariel team of Victor Sozio, Michael Tortorici, Marko Agbaba, James Nestor and Jack Moran is overseeing the sales process.

All three properties benefit from being located near mass transit, providing convenient access to other points in Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Additionally, 88 E. 111th is situated in a rapidly-expanding neighborhood, while 524 E. 119th is next-door to the East River Plaza shopping center.
