Ariel Arranges Two Harlem Multifamily Sales Totaling $18M

Ariel Property Advisors has arranged the sale of two mixed-use properties at 1875 Lexington Ave. in East Harlem and 270 Saint Nicholas Ave. in Central Harlem for a total of $18,375,000.

270 Saint Nicholas Ave., a 65,706-square-foot, 77-unit residential mixed-use property in Central Harlem, sold for $6,575,000. An Ariel team led by founding partner Victor Sozio, director – research and sales Remi Mandell associate director Jake Brody represented the seller. Amit Doshi and Shallini Mehra, of Meridian Capital Group, represented the buyer.

1875 Lexington Ave., a 29,975-square-foot mixed-use property sold for $11,800,000, reportedly the largest mixed-use property sale in East Harlem in 2024. The seller was represented by Ariel’s president and founder, Shimon Shkury, Sozio and director Alexander Taic. The buyer was Tahari Capital. The property includes 30 residential units and six commercial units and is located one block from the 116th Street retail corridor and the 6 subway line.
