Ariel Arranges $12M Sale of Bronx Development Site 

Ariel Property Advisors has closed the sale of a block-through development site at 1931 Lafayette Avenue in the Bronx, along White Plains Road, for $11.7 million.  

The Ariel team, led by Victor Sozio, Shimon Shkury, Jason Gold, and Daniel Mahfar, represented the sellers. The site offers approximately 300,000 square feet of buildable space, with R8/C2-4 zoning for a large mixed-use development including affordable housing and over 18,000 square feet of retail. It features over 200 feet of frontage on White Plains Road, a major Bronx thoroughfare.
