Ariel Property Advisors has expanded its team with six new professionals. John N. Fenrich III joins as director of Capital Services, bringing over 25 years of experience in mortgages and having closed over 2,700 deals. Elana Kapul, appointed as director of Investment Sales, focuses on business development in Brooklyn, notably South Brooklyn, with fluency in Russian and Ukrainian and over 140 completed transactions. 

Andrew Lazarus, as director of Capital Services, specializes in debt and equity placement, boasting 25 years of real estate experience from firms like Time Equities and Macklowe Properties. Alix Curtin, an associate director, specializes in Upper Manhattan transactions, notably Washington Heights and Inwood. 

Nikola Cosic, another associate director, focuses on the Midtown West market, leveraging his background in consumer products distribution. Erik Moloney, as a sales associate, brings marketing experience while pursuing an MBA.
