Ariel Adds 3 Directors in Sales, Capital Services

Alexander Taic, Stephen Vorvolakos and Eli Weisblum have joined Ariel Property Advisors as directors in its investment sales and capital services divisions. Taic and Vorvolakos will focus on Queens and Brooklyn, respectively, while Weisblum will concentrate on debt and equity placement for multifamily and mixed-use.

“Alex, Stephen and Eli are rising stars, and bring a vast amount of knowledge about investment sales and commercial real estate financing,” said Ariel president Shimon Shkury (pictured). “We look forward to them leveraging our platform, and further enhancing our growing foothold in the market.”

All three will report to Paul McCormick, SVP of investment sales and capital services. “The hiring of Alex and Stephen should further entrench us as leaders in the Queens and Brooklyn investment sales markets, while Eli enhances our growing profile in the financing arena,” McCormick said. “From a company growth perspective, this is most certainly an exciting time for us.”
