Argentine Steakhouse Baires Grill to Debut in Tribeca 

Jack Resnick & Sons announced Argentine steakhouse Baires Grill’s Lower Manhattan debut at 200 Chambers Street, a condo tower they developed in 2007. Opening in December, the restaurant will span 8,450 square feet along West Street under a 20-year lease. Most of it will be a full-service steakhouse, with a section as Baires Café for breakfast and lunch.  

Baires Grill, a staple in Florida for 25 years, operates seven locations in Miami and Palm Beach. 200 Chambers will be Baires’ flagship NYC location, with another opening in Midtown this spring. Jack Resnick & Sons was represented by an in-house leasing team of Brett Greenberg and Fran Delgorio.  

“We are pleased to welcome Baires Grill to 200 Chambers Street and provide TriBeCa and Lower Manhattan with an exciting, new, international dining experience and café amenity,” said Jonathan Resnick, president of Jack Resnick & Sons. The Resnick family developed the tower, leasing and managing its spaces since selling its 258 condo units in 2007.
