ARG Brokers $11M Sale of Oceanside Multifamily Portfolio

Apartment Realty Group (ARG) has brokered the sale of a 5 parcel, 24-unit multifamily portfolio in coastal Oceanside, CA. Oceanside Portfolio LLC, a San Diego-based private investor purchased the property from RGS Financial, LLC for $11 million.

Located on S. Myers Street, the portfolio consists of three parcels improved with apartments, a single family house and a vacant lot. The unit mix is comprised of four two-bedroom and 20 one-bedroom residences situated just 2 blocks from Oceanside City Beach.

ARG Vice President Angelo La Bruna, who brokered the deal, said, “Assets like the S Myers Portfolio do not come around very often. This transaction offered income producing units on 2/3rds of an acre right near the largest coastal development in San Diego in over 50 years. This was a deal that yielded favorable terms for the seller and provided the buyer an irreplaceable coastal asset.”
