Ares Commercial Real Estate picked up The DFW Bulk Portfolio, a 1.6 million square foot warehouse portfolio comprising four institutional-grade properties across three premier Dallas-Fort Worth submarkets.

The properties are positioned throughout the North Fort Worth, East Fort Worth and Great Southwest submarkets. The properties included 35/820 @ Mercantile Center at 4800 N. Sylvania Road and Riverbend Distribution Center at 2101 Reeves Place in Fort Worth, along with the Northlake Business Center and Arlington Tech Center.

The portfolio is fully leased to six tenants across diverse industries, including apparel distribution, third-party logistics, environmental services, portable storage solutions, HVAC distribution and automotive services.
