Arden Logistics Parks Names Charlie McCombs Managing Director, Acquisitions
Arden Logistics Parks, Arden Group’s logistics real estate operating platform, has named Charlie McCombs as Managing Director, Acquisitions.
McCombs joins with extensive experience, most recently with Affinius Capital (formerly USAA Real Estate) where he served as Senior Director, Investments and was responsible for sourcing and executing equity and credit opportunities throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, executing on approximately $2 billion in investments across industrial, multifamily, retail and office.
“Charlie is expected to accelerate the growth trajectory of Arden Logistics Parks and will play a critical role in building and scaling our platform as a key member of the senior leadership team,” Craig Spencer, CEO, Arden Group.
McCombs previously held roles at firms including DRA Advisors, CIM Group and Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital. McCombs graduated cum laude from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor of Science with Special Attainments in Commerce, Business Management and Administration.
