Arden Karson Leaves CBRE to Launch CRE Firm

CBRE’s South Florida executive leader Arden Karson has left the firm to launch Karson & Co., a new venture aimed at assisting multifamily and hospitality investors and related businesses with the various challenges and opportunities related to COVID-19.

Karson, who left CBRE June 1, will offer integrated real estate solutions to support clients with their investment and business objectives. Since 2017, Karson has been with CBRE as senior managing director. Prior to CBRE, she spent five years with The Related Group.

“The world has changed dramatically over the past few months, and now is the perfect time for me to play an active role in the revival and reinvention of South Florida which is heavily dependent on the real estate industry,” said Karson. “Karson & Co initially will be dedicated to helping local businesses and real estate owners reopen and rebound by connecting them to critical resources needed to help them thrive in this new normal.”
