Arden Hearing Takes on West Coast Development Role for Lendlease
Sydney, Australia-based Lendlease appointed Arden Hearing as Executive General Manager, Development for the West Coast, effective August 5. He will oversee the company’s development efforts throughout California, including future investments in the San Francisco and Los Angeles markets.
Lendlease Development’s Jason Alderman says, “Arden’s proven ability to anticipate new opportunities, balance the needs of all stakeholders and investors, and his focus on team-building will enable him to make immediate contributions to our California development efforts. We are excited to see where our California business can go under Arden’s leadership.”
Prior to joining Lendlease, Hearing served as a partner at Forty-Six North Advisors, a property investment and development advisory boutique. Earlier in his CRE career, he also served at Trumark Urban, where he led all development initiatives. He joined Trumark Companies in 2006, subsequently launching Trumark Urban, the firm’s urban development offshoot, in 2012. He has overseen more than $2 billion in property investment and execution during his career.
