Arden Group Lands $150M for Upper Manhattan Mixed-Use Project

Arden Group has secured a $150 million construction loan from Banco Inbursa for a 19-story mixed-use asset in Upper Manhattan’s Inwood.

Located at 4650 Broadway, the property will comprise 222 residential units with an 80,000 square feet charter school, 38,000 square feet of retail, and underground parking spaces.

Newmark arranged the loan on Arden’s behalf with a team led by Jordan Roeschlaub and Dustin Stolly, along with Chris Kramer. The residential units will occupy the fourth through 19th floors and feature amenities such as a rooftop terrace with views of Manhattan and New Jersey. The project is set to welcome its first residents in the summer of 2024.
