Construction company ARCO/Murray and partner SmartStop Self Storage REIT, Inc. have completed Mill Creek Self Storage, a 37,000-square-foot self storage facility in Mill Creek, WA. The complex is comprised of three buildings, with 68 drive-up units and a 16-foot clear-height covered loading area. Operations for the facility are managed remotely.

Nestled among the evergreens, the site received several utility upgrades that help support a radiant flooring system, ensuring asset protection during the winter months. Mill Creek Self Storage is adjacent to an existing SmartStop facility and both provide convenient access to nearby residents in both single and multifamily communities.

The project is the first completed collaboration between ARCO/Murray and SmartStop, and ARCO’s fourth storage facility in the Pacific Northwest. Jack Boyle served as the Project Manager while Superintendents Wade Hack and Bill Mayer oversaw the construction process.
