Archway Launches in Bay Area, Lyons to Lead Team

Archway Fund expanded its California footprint with a new office in the Bay Area, and the appointment of Jessica Lyons as VP, Loan Originations. She previously served more than two years at Pender Capital, most recently as a loan officer and regional account manager.

Lyons brings a CRE and residential lending background, specializing in nationwide loan originations. She’s been involved in underwriting multifamily, single-family residential, office, industrial, medical office, senior housing, retail and hospitality assets. Lyons’ experience covers a variety of loan scenarios, including short-term bridge, value-add repositioning, cash-out refinancings, and non-QM loans ranging from $2 million to $30 million.

“Archway is growing and they’re looking to further develop their business across the nation to meet investor demands,” notes Lyons. She’s charged with leading Archway’s first Bay Area office for the Los Angeles-based, privately capitalized, direct lender specializing in financing short-term bridge loans.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator.
