Architects Inks 8K-SF Downtown Office Lease 

ESKW/Architects, a NYC architectural practice, has secured an 8,477 square feet lease at 52 Duane Street in Downtown. ESKW/Architects relocats from 100 Lafayette Street to part of the fifth floor of the 10-story, 100,000-square-foot boutique office property.  

Located near City Hall, Foley Square, and the Jacob Javits Federal Building, 52 Duane Street offers office space and ground-floor retail. CBRE represented the ownership, 52 Duane Associates, with a team of Brad Gerla, Jonathan Cope and Masha Dudelzakin in the lease negotiations. Elizabeth Martin of E.L. Martin Partners represented ESKW/Architects in the transaction.
