Arch Street Claims 570K-SF Suburban Philly Assets for $173M
Arch Street Capital Advisors, LLC acquired a fully-leased, 568,658-square-foot office portfolio located in the greater Philadelphia MSA, on behalf of an institutional client from Liberty Property Trust for $173.1 million. The assets consist of four single-tenant office buildings located in Malvern, PA.
Arch Street Capital Advisors’ Damian Taylor says, “We are pleased to enter the greater Philadelphia office market with the purchase of a high-quality portfolio leased to a well-established and long-term tenant. We continue to seek quality long-term, single-tenant, net lease office assets on behalf of our institutional clients.”
The properties include: 50 Morehall Rd. (117,000 square feet), 60 Morehall Rd. (117,000 square feet), 425 Old Morehall Rd. (201,658 square feet) and 1001 Cedar Hollow Rd. (133,000 square feet).
