Arch Companies' boutique condominium development at 550 Metropolitan Ave. in Brooklyn's Williamsburg neighborhood is 100% sold out

Arch Reaches Sellout on Williamsburg Luxury Condos

Arch Companies said all units have been sold at its 550 Metropolitan Ave. boutique luxury residential condominium development in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The project team included Arch Companies as the developer, Charisse Chassen of SERHANT as the sales agent, AB Architekten as architect and Veronica Mishaan as interior architect and designer.

The building was completed in late February and closed on its last unit by mid-June. The property offers one-to-three-bedroom residences with private and common outdoor spaces. The units have sold for prices ranging from $1 million to $2.7 million.

“It is exciting to see our business plan come to life,” said Arch managing partner Jeffrey Simpson. “Thanks to our dedicated team, we were able to develop a high-quality product and attract buyers in an expedited and efficient manner.”

Additionally, the building has ground-floor retail space that will be home to Kini, a boutique wine-tasting room featuring locally made wine.
