Arch Companies’ Rosenbaum to Spearhead South FL Development

J.P. Rosenbaum has joined Arch Companies as a partner and head of Arch Development LLC. Rosenbaum will lead the firm’s residential and development activities in South Florida while providing third-party development and construction consulting services to private owners and investors.

Rosenbaum brings to Arch an array of development experience in South Florida. He has overseen a portfolio totaling more than $300 million and worked on a number of notable projects including The Mile, 2500 Biscayne, The Aura and 26 Edgewater, three of which Rosenbaum and Arch Companies managing partner Jeffrey Simpson worked on together when Simpson was CEO of Greystone’s development business.

“Our roots with J.P. run deep and we’ve worked successfully on a range of exciting projects,” said Simpson. “We are really looking forward to working with J.P. again, as he brings the exact experience and market knowledge we need to help us continue to expand in South Florida.”
