Arch Companies Expands Team with Associate Director
Arch Companies, recently launched by former Greystone executives Jeff Simpson and Jared Chassen, has hired another of Simpson’s former Greystone colleagues. Michelle Miller has joined Arch as associate director. In her new role, Miller will focus on assessing new deals and strategies to raise capital in both debt and equity.
Miller has a diverse finance and real estate background, including acquisitions, asset management and corporate finance. She worked alongside Miller and Chassen, then Greystone’s director of acquisitions, as an integral member of Greystone’s investment team, with a hands-on approach to underwriting and structuring new deals. Previously, she worked for Time Equities and HSBC.
