Arch Companies’ 11 Greene St. Leases Up in Four Months

Arch Companies has quickly leased all units at 11 Greene St., a luxury rental in SoHo, with the highest price per square foot being $126. Leasing on the 31-unit development, with prices ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 per month, began in April.

“11 Greene both benefited from and helped to drive a rejuvenated SoHo market,” said Jared Chassen, Partner at Arch Companies. “11 Greene is truly a one-of-a-kind building in a historic and dynamic neighborhood that is ideally positioned for Manhattan’s residential comeback.”

Developed from the ground up by Manhattan-based Arch Companies, the loft-style units were leased exclusively by Ryan Serhant and Charisse Chassen of SERHANT. in collaboration with Nestseekers International.

“The thoughtfully designed units, smart home technology and expansive spaces are the combination of modern comfort and classic SoHo living that deliver on everything renters want in Downtown Manhattan living,” said Charisse Chassen.
