Arch Companies’ 11 Greene St. Leases Up in Four Months
Arch Companies has quickly leased all units at 11 Greene St., a luxury rental in SoHo, with the highest price per square foot being $126. Leasing on the 31-unit development, with prices ranging from $10,000 to $25,000 per month, began in April.

Developed from the ground up by Manhattan-based Arch Companies, the loft-style units were leased exclusively by Ryan Serhant and Charisse Chassen of SERHANT. in collaboration with Nestseekers International.
