Arbor Realty Trust Expands at Seagram Building

RFR announced today that Arbor Realty Trust Inc. has signed a 10-year, 36,248-square-foot renewal and expansion lease at RFR’s Seagram Building at 375 Park Ave. Arbor previously occupied 16,000 square feet on the 34th floor, and is now expanding its operations to the entire 29th and 30th floors, more than doubling its occupancy and making it the building’s third largest tenant.

AJ Camhi and Kevin West of RFR represented the ownership in the lease transaction. Collier International’s Ted Koltis and Reid Longley acted on behalf of Arbor in the negotiations.

“Arbor Realty Trust is one of the most respected real estate investment trusts and direct lenders, and Seagram Building, the ideal address for them,” said Camhi, SVP and director of leasing at RFR. “We’re pleased to have them as our tenant and to be part of their continued growth.”
