Aramark HQ Remains in Philly, New Plans Unveiled

Aramark, headquartered in Philadelphia, effectively quashed relocation rumors by unveiling plans for its new headquarters at 2400 Market St. The company currently operates out of 1100 Market. The food distribution company will relocate down the block, and into the former Hudson Motor Car Co. plant.

The unveiled plans call for transforming the current structure into a 600,000-square-foot, nine-story building. Aramark will occupy the top five flours, totaling approximately 300,000 square feet. The design proposal, provided by Gensler, requires city approval. If all goes according to plan, the company will relocate in fall 2018.
