ARA Sells 798K-SF Distribution Facility in Metro Atlanta

American Realty Advisors has announced the sale of Clayton Commerce Center, a 797,580-square-foot bulk distribution warehouse located on more than 57 acres in Atlanta’s I-675 Industrial Corridor. Real estate investment management firm Black Creek Group acquired the facility for an undisclosed amount.

Built in 2018, the facility features 36-foot clear heights, a cross-docked configuration, truck courts and excess trailer parking. ARA acquired the facility in 2018 and leased the entire property to a Fortune 100 logistics company.

“We are pleased to add this fully leased Class A distribution warehouse to our Atlanta holdings as it is in line with our strategy of adding stabilized assets with credit-worthy tenants,” said Matt Breaux, senior vice president, Southeast Region at Black Creek Group.
