• 180 Office Solutions leased 5,000 square feet at Biz Park 29, 3901 University Ave., Georgetown. Andrew Perkel and Michael Noteboom of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.

• APA! Thrift leased 6,914 square feet at 5102 Clarkson Ave., Austin. Phil Morris of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Chris Oddo of Tower Commercial represented the landlord.

• Balcones Psychiatry and Mental Health leased 1,702 square feet at One Highland Center, 314 E. Highland Mall Blvd. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Patrick Ley with ECR and the tenant was represented by Wyc Cummings with The Marye Company.

• DWA Media expanded into 4,869 square feet at 800 Brazos, totaling 11,748 RSF. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Levin with ECR. The tenant was advised by Nathan Smith with Austin Tenant Advisors.

• Mellanox Technologies Inc. renewed its 8,534-square-foot lease at Braker Pointe I, 10801 N. Mopac Expy. in Austin. Christopher Schwab of Austin Office Space, Inc. represented the tenant, and Bethany Perez and Kaylee Aune with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord.
