Aquila, ECR Negotiate Austin Leases
The firms of Aquila Commercial, RESOLUT RE and Equitable Commercial Realty negotiated the following Austin leases.
- 180 Office Solutions leased 5,000 square feet at Biz Park 29, 3901 University Ave., Georgetown. Andrew Perkel and Michael Noteboom of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord.
- APA! Thrift leased 6,914 square feet at 5102 Clarkson Ave., Austin. Phil Morris of RESOLUT RE represented the tenant. Chris Oddo of Tower Commercial represented the landlord.
- Balcones Psychiatry and Mental Health leased 1,702 square feet at One Highland Center, 314 E. Highland Mall Blvd. The landlord was represented by Rebecca Zigterman and Patrick Ley with ECR and the tenant was represented by Wyc Cummings with The Marye Company.
- DWA Media expanded into 4,869 square feet at 800 Brazos, totaling 11,748 RSF. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Levin with ECR. The tenant was advised by Nathan Smith with Austin Tenant Advisors.
- Mellanox Technologies Inc. renewed its 8,534-square-foot lease at Braker Pointe I, 10801 N. Mopac Expy. in Austin. Christopher Schwab of Austin Office Space, Inc. represented the tenant, and Bethany Perez and Kaylee Aune with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord.
- Pattern Bioscience Inc. leased 8,171 square feet at Great Hills Plaza, 9600 Great Hills Trail, Austin. Cortland Lowe of HPI represented the tenant and Seth Stuart, David Putman and Bethany Perez with AQUILA Commercial represented the landlord.
- Ramos James Law leased 1,682 square feet at Summit Point, 2512 S. Interstate 35 The landlord was represented by Stephen Pannes with ECR and the tenant was represented by Andrew Crain with Pure Realty.
- Skills Fund leased 2,732 square feet at 823 Congress. The landlord was represented by Jason Steinberg and Matt Levin with ECR. The tenant was represented by Alex Durham with Colliers International.
- The Cash Store leased 2,616 square feet at Bastrop Freestanding Building, 490 SH 71, Bastrop. Barret Espe of RESOLUT RE represented the landlord. Neal Kieschnik of CBRE represented the tenant.
- TriLeaf Inc. leased 1,433 square feet at The Wayne Wright Building, 2550 S. Interstate 35. The landlord was represented by David Dawkins with ECR.
