
Aquila Commercial Tapped to Manage Braker Pointe III
An entity formed by National Western Life Insurance Co. awarded Aquila Commercial the property management assignment for Braker Pointe III. The Class A office building is at 10801 N. Mopac Expwy. in northwest Austin. National Western Life occupies the entire 196,260-square-foot asset. Aquila also has the leasing and management assignments for nearby properties, Braker Pointe I & II.
Aquila’s Belinda Holekamp and Shannon Harris will have oversight of the property.
The building’s owner acquired the property in late 2016 from Piedmont Office Realty Trust Inc. for $49.3 million. The property, which delivered in 2001, is situated on 7.5 acres.
