Appliance Maker Inks Deal in Piscataway

Home appliance manufacturer Fisher & Paykel inked a 66,375-square-foot industrial lease at the Centennial Commerce Center in Piscataway, NJ. The tenant plans to occupy the space at the newly constructed warehouse property located at 800 Centennial Ave. by fall 2020.

The CBRE team of Mindy Lissner, Robert Pine and Ben Shapiro spearhead the leasing campaign at Centennial Commerce Center and represented the property’s ownership, Penford Group, an industrial real estate development and investment firm.

CBRE also acted on behalf of Fisher & Paykel in the lease negotiations, with Lissner part of the CBRE team representing the company internationally.

“Centennial Commerce Center, a new high-image, Class A warehouse, offers immediate access to all roadways serving New Jersey and the Northeast along with unmatched proximity to the seaport and airport,” said Lissner. “The property provides a diverse and top-tier labor pool in the surrounding area as well as many local amenities.”
