Apparel Manufacturer Signs $30M Distribution Center Deal

Los Angeles-based global apparel manufacturer Topson Downs signed a 442,920 square-foot lease valued at roughly $30 million at Watson Industrial Park in Chino, CA. The tenant produces fashion apparel found in major retailers such as Nordstrom, Saks Fifth Avenue, Forever 21, Walmart, Kohl’s and Urban Outfitters.

The building, which was completed in September, is a ground-up development by Watson Land Company. The LEED-certified warehouse includes 5,600 square feet of office space, 80 dock high and two ground-level ramp truck positions, 36-foot minimum clearance, 100% concrete truck courts and an ESFR sprinkler system

DAUM’s Gus Andros office and Andrew Lara represented the tenant. Colliers International’s Thomas Taylor, Steve Bellitti, Summer Coulter and Josh Hayes represented the landlord.

Located at 8986 Remington Ave., the facility will serve as Topson Downs’ West Coast distribution center.
