APN Lodge Breaks Ground On $136M Vail Valley Project

APN Capital broke ground on All Points North Lodge, a $136-million integrated behavioral health, wellness and addiction recovery program located at the site of the former Lodge & Spa at Cordillera in Edwards, CO. The initial $20-million phase will be followed by a larger project.

That work involves redeveloping additional acreage into an all-inclusive, holistic healthcare campus that will offer specialized programming in wellness, physical and mental health, as well as spiritual discovery and enhancement.

APN Capital’s Noah Nordheimer says, “We have brought together the brightest minds in this field to work here in the Vail Valley, and we are giving them one of the most impressive facilities and campus in the country from which to do this important work.”

The campus will include primary care and preventive medicine services, along with multiple fitness concepts. Also planned are a horticulture program, a vertical barn growing fresh produce year-round, an organic market and café, and public recreation space.
