Berkadia announced the sale of Latitude at the Commons, a 288-unit garden-style multifamily property in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The sales price was $57 million. Trammell Crow Residential developed the property in 2009.

The seller was ApexOne Investment Partners. 

Located at 2222 Crow Lane and built in 2009, the community offers a variety of units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with sizes ranging from 780 to over 1,260 square feet. Units feature private patios or balconies, along with additional storage space.

The community includes a variety of amenities, such as a 24-hour fitness center; a clubhouse with a lounge; a billiards and entertainment room, a dog park with a wash station, a swimming pool; an outdoor entertainment area with a firepit and grilling area.

Latitude at the Commons is ideally located just minutes from Highway 17, The Market Common shopping center, and Myrtle Beach International Airport, and is less than four miles from the beach.
