APEX Capital Realty Arranges $31M Sale of Edgewater Development Site

APEX Capital Realty has closed on a development site in the Edgewater submarket of Miami, FL for $30.7 million.

The property on 2201 NE 2nd Avenue is composed of a single-land parcel spanning 1.64 acres, is zoned T6-36A-O and falls within a federally designated opportunity zone.

According to APEX, the site is an ideal property for TF Second and 23rd LLC as it is one of the last few available vacant land parcels in the area.
