Apartments with View of Jackson Park Change Owners
Essex Realty Group arranged the sale of 6700 S. Constance Ave., a 78-unit apartment building across the street from Jackson Park in the South Side’s Jackson Park Highlands neighborhood. The buyer, a New York-based real estate group with significant holdings in Chicago, purchased the property for approximately $4.3 million.
“6700 S. Constance sits in a great location directly across the street from the proposed $60-million Tiger Woods golf course redevelopment project and less than a mile from the lakefront trail and South Shore Beach,” said Essex Realty’s Brian Mond. “These projects continue to excite buyers and drive investor demand.”
Mond represented the sellers, a local family who owned the building for more than 40 years. His colleagues, Jim Darrow, Jordan Gottlieb and Jordan Multack, represented the buyer.
