Apartments Going Up at Pompano Beach Casino Site

Cordish Cos. and Atlantic Residential are teaming up to build the first phase of apartments at Live! at the Pomp. Cordish is working with Caesars Entertainment on a mixed-use project around the 230-acre casino property that used to be called the Isle Casino Pompano Beach. Besides the apartment complex, a 417-unit project called Indigo Pampano Beach, Cordish is adding a TopGolf venue, a Publix-anchored shopping center, an industrial park and entertainment facilities. 

Under the plans for Indigo Pompano Beach, the project would have nine buildings, ranging from two to five stories. The apartments would range from 619-square-foot studios to 1,515 square feet with three bedrooms.

The 9,090-square-foot clubhouse building would include a fitness room, a club room, a coworking room and a private event room. The outdoor amenities would include a pool, a pickleball court and a dog park.

The residents in Live! at the Pomp would have access to a 16-acre Crystal Lagoon man-made swimming lake.
