Apartment Property in Downtown Wenatchee Changes Hands

Tamarack, a 23-unit apartment community at 211 N. Delaware Avenue in Wenatchee, Washington, has sold for $3.25 million. Kidder Mathews Vice President Max Frame of the Simon | Anderson Multifamily Team represented the seller, Dan Dahl.

The 21,400-square-foot garden-style community is located steps from downtown Wenatchee and offers investors a value-add opportunity in a highly competitive multifamily market. Tamarack went under contract just three days after being listed and sold for approximately $141,304 per unit. The sale marks the property’s first change of ownership in 19 years.

“The speed at which Tamarack went under contract reflects the strong demand we continue to see for well-located multifamily opportunities in Wenatchee,” said Frame. “The property had been thoughtfully maintained over many years, giving buyers a strong existing asset with additional upside. Combined with its location near downtown, that made it a compelling opportunity and generated immediate interest.”
