Apartment Investor Buys in Cicero

Marcus & Millichap finalized the sale of an 18-unit apartment property located in Cicero, IL. The purchase price was not disclosed.

First VP Andrean Angelov, senior managing director Ryan D. Engle and associate Samuel M. Antreasian, all of Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a private investor.  The buyer, also a private investor, was secured and represented by Angelov, Engle and Antreasian.

The property is located at 5929 W. 16th St. in Cicero, approximately eight miles southwest of the downtown Chicago Loop, offering convenient access to Interstates 55 and 290. It’s within three miles of numerous retail and dining options at Forest Park Plaza, Cermak Plaza and Cicero Market Place.
