Apache Corp. Renews 524K-SF Lease

Apache Corp. renewed its 524,342-square-foot lease at its Post Oak Central headquarters near the Galleria in Houston. The 60-month renewal extends the Apache lease through 2024, and replaces a lease extension that was announced in June 2017. The company headquarters is at 2000 Post Oak Blvd.

Tim Relyea and Scott Wegmann of Cushman & Wakefield represented Apache in the extension. Eric Siegrist and Amanda Nebel of Parkway represented Parkway Properties Investments LLC, the landlord.

Parkway President and CEO James Heistand said the extension will help with the campus’ stability for the next several years, validating the owner’s capital investment for approval. “We are pleased that we were able to reach an agreement with Apache for a renewal that is mutually beneficial for both parties,” he added.
