Anton Group Markets Crunch Fitness Retail Condo

The Anton Group at Marcus & Millichap, as advisor to ownership, is marketing the condominium interest in two commercial condos at 213 W. 23rd St. in Chelsea. Totaling 27,500 square feet over four floors, the space is occupied by Crunch Fitness, a national gym and health chain with more than 300 locations.

This location is one of 34 Crunch Fitness “Signature” clubs. The property is located within the heart of Manhattan’s Chelsea neighborhood and benefits from significant foot traffic and a wealthy neighborhood demographic profile, according to the Anton Group.

Crunch occupies the space on a triple-net lease which is due to expire in January 2029, the Anton Group says in a marketing flyer. An asking price wasn’t disclosed.
