Anton DevCo Unveils MXU Community in Milpitas

Walnut Creek-based Anton DevCo opened Anton Aspire, a new 317-unit luxury, transit-oriented apartment community in Milpitas. The project at 1828 S. Milpitas Blvd. has direct access to the new Milpitas BART/VTA Station and is the developer’s first project in Milpitas.

The luxurious LEED-certified community with studio, one- and two-bedroom units features contemporary architecture and offers an array of unique open floorplans. Community amenities include fully equipped co-working spaces, a state-of-the-art fitness center, WiFi, an outdoor BBQ and fireplace, and a luxury rooftop swimming pool terrace outfitted with a giant entertainment screen.

Anton Aspire is the first step in the development of a 583-unit master community, the next phase of which is slated to be completed in Q3 2021.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles.
