A seven-member tenant representative team, headed by Anthony Squillante, has departed the Houston office of Stream Realty, to join Avison Young. In addition to Squillante, who is taking the role of Principal, the team consists of vice presidents Drew Coupe, Dustin Devine and Josh Morrow; associate Collin Roach; financial analyst Jack Wagner and client services coordinator Michelle Goynes.

Squillante brings more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young. While with Stream Realty, he assembled and led a successful tenant representation business unit; Squillante and his partners have generated more than $1 billion in transactions since 2011.
