Anthology Senior Living has completed a joint venture partnership with Formation Development Group (FDG) to develop a 207,000-square-foot, 206-unit senior living community in Beaverton, OR. Anthology, which will also manage the property, expects the project to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.

Situated on a 5.5-acre parcel outside of Portland, Anthology of Beaverton will offer luxury independent living, assisted living and memory care residences with modern finishes. The community will feature a bistro/bar, fitness center, theater, game room and beauty salon and is in close proximity to shopping, dining and major employers.
