Anthem Blue Cross Takes Nearly 170K SF at LPC’s Warner Center Building

Anthem Blue Cross is relocating into more than 169,000 square feet of office space at Campus @ Warner Center in Woodland Hills, CA. Co-owned by Lincoln Property Company and Angelo, Gordon & Co., the project is comprised of two six-story, Class A office buildings located at 21255 and 21215 Burbank Blvd.

The health insurance plan provider committed to a long-term lease at 21215 Burbank.

Lincoln Property Co.’s Stephen Lindgren says, “Anthem Blue Cross is an industry giant and we are thrilled they have found a home in Campus @ Warner Center. Our high-quality facilities and leading amenities will serve the Anthem team well, and we are excited to welcome them aboard.”

Savills Studley’s Corey Davidson, Liron Nelik, and David DiPietro represented the tenant. Kent Handleman led the negotiations for Lincoln Property Co.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
