Anna Helps Attract Builder of Independent Living Community

The Anna Housing Finance Corp. is partnering with developer JPI to build 185 apartments for seniors. Parmore Anna Senior Living will be accepting residents in 2023.

The 150,000 square foot community will span over nine acres. Prominent features will include a furnished clubhouse, fitness center, craft room, library and pool.

Anna Mayor Nate Pike says the project is a big milestone, “Construction of the Parmore Anna is another step in ensuring that all of our current and future neighbors will have a variety of best-in-class choices when deciding where to live in our community.”
