Anna Development Agency Sells 82-Acre Business Park to Caterpillar Dealer
It took six years for Anna’s investment to pay off. The growing town purchased the Anna Business Park in 2016, in order to attract larger companies in the industrial sector.
Anna’s Economic Development Corporation and the Community Development Corporation sold its joint interest in the park to a holding company for HOLT CAT, an authorized Caterpillar dealer in 118 counties.
Anna Mayor-Pro Tem Lee Miller crowed about the deal, “Under the leadership of HOLT, the Anna Business Park will be an asset to our neighbors and our city’s progress, furthering the North Texas economy and strengthening its reputable industrial market.
Anna has witnessed explosive growth, growing by 1,265% since 2000.
