Ankrom Moisan Promotes Brad Bane to Affordable Housing Lead

Ankrom Moisan announced the promotion of Brad Bane to Affordable Housing Studio Leader. In this role, Bane will co-lead the studio alongside Katie Lyslo, driving Ankrom Moisan’s mission to deliver high-quality, sustainable, community-focused housing solutions.

As Studio Leader, Bane will focus on turning complex housing challenges into innovative, buildable solutions. He will mentor the team, foster collaboration, and guide clients through the intricacies of funding and regulatory requirements in affordable housing.

With 30 years of architectural experience, Bane brings a wealth of design insight and technical expertise, leading projects that span urban and rural environments, from ground-up developments to complex renovations. He has led a variety of residential and mixed-use projects from concept to construction, collaborating closely with developers, housing authorities, and community partners to create equitable and sustainable housing solutions that balance design quality with affordability.
