Anisa Keith Joins Madison as Director of Equity Capital Markets

Madison International Realty recently expanded its capital raising team with the appointment of Anisa Keith as director of equity capital markets. Keith will be based in Los Angeles.

“Anisa adds a dimension to our global coverage of institutional investors in that she is a seasoned professional with strong connections to limited partners. She has developed a reputation as a trusted and knowledgeable industry participant,” said Ronald Dickerman, Madison International Realty founder and president.

Keith will report to Michael Chen, managing director and head of capital markets, and expand the firm’s sales coverage across a variety of U.S. asset allocators, asset managers and pension funds.

“I have known Anisa for many years and view her as an accomplished capital raiser who has been successful with many different platforms,” says Chen. “She will help Madison with our U.S. West Coast investor coverage as well as bring many other U.S. and global relationships she has cultivated over the years.”

Prior to joining Madison, Keith was head of investor relations at Basis Capital Investment Group.
