Angie Weber, Dana Nialis Join CBRE’s Healthcare Team

CBRE expanded its healthcare team with the addition of Angie Weber and Dana Nialis. The healthcare real estate experts, who are coming over from Colliers International, will be based in Glendale, CA, and focus on healthcare services across the region. Weber will join as a first vice president, and Nialis comes to CBRE as a senior associate.
Weber (pictured above right), who focuses on landlord and tenant representation, brings more than 30 years of experience in medical office leasing and market strategy. She currently represents many of the industry’s REITs, large institutional owners and healthcare systems.
CBRE’s David Josker says, “Weber’s years of medical leasing experience have provided her with an unmatched perspective on how to view each property and how to best navigate the leasing process.”
Nialis (pictured above left) is also focused on representing both healthcare tenants and landlords. She has represented and advised institutional and individual building owners, healthcare systems, REITs and physician groups.
