Angelo Gordon Refi’s Denver Building for $49M
New York-based Angelo Gordon refinanced Stanford Place III, a 367,445-square-foot, Class A office building in Denver. The $49-million loan was secured from Prime Finance.
The property is located at 4582 South Ulster St. in the Denver Tech Center, with immediate access to I-25 and I-225. Institutionally owned and maintained, the asset was recently renovated with upgrades to the building entrance, lobby, common areas, conference room and fitness facility.
Stanford Place III offers a deli/café and tenant lounge, structured parking, with 73% of it covered, nine-foot ceilings, a new training center and secure bike barn, 360-degree views, and highly efficient 22,000-square-foot rectangular floorplates. Major tenants include AIMCO, RS&H, and Kimley Horn.
CBRE’s Jeff Halsey and Brady O’Donnell represented the borrower. SteelWave serves as the property manager.
