Angela J. Crowder Joins Venable

Angela J. Crowder will join Venable as counsel in the law firm’s New York office.

“Angela’s well-rounded experience in virtually every type of real estate transaction, and in representing clients in an in-house and outside counsel role, will add significant depth to our New York-based bench of real estate attorneys,” said Peter Koffler, chair of Venable’s New York real estate group.

Crowder also has experience with tax credits often used by public benefit corporations to fund projects. She joins Venable from Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC, in New Orleans, LA.
