Andy Poppink to Lead JLL’s Western Region

Andy Poppink has been named President of JLL’s Western region and Market Director for Northern California. He succeeds Elizabeth Hearle, who retired after a 30-year career in commercial real estate.

Poppink is a 17-year veteran of the firm, who previously headed its Silicon Valley operations and advises some of the Valley’s premier companies. He will oversee key business and service lines throughout the firm’s 20 offices in the Pacific Northwest, Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions. In Northern California, Poppink will be responsible for 10 corporate offices in the Bay Area and Sacramento, including major offices in San Francisco, Menlo Park, Oakland and Walnut Creek.

Tom Maloney has assumed Poppink’s prior role as leader of JLL’s tenant representation business in the Western region. Bart Lammersen, a tenant representative with more than 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley, has assumed Poppink’s day-to-day responsibility as brokerage leader in the Valley.
